Brand12 was founded in Manchester in 2017 with a clear conviction: that ambitious brands deserve a growth partner that genuinely knows its craft, works across every channel that drives results and never mistakes activity for strategy.
Nine years on, that conviction has not changed. What has changed is the scale at which we operate, the depth of expertise across the team and the breadth of the brands we work with. From automotive groups and NHS trusts to ecommerce businesses and B2B professional services, our client base has grown well beyond the North West for some time now.
The London office is not us playing catch-up. It is us putting a flag in the ground.
A significant and growing part of our client base is based in and around the capital. We have been delivering results for brands in the South for years. What we have not had, until now, is a home base to do it from.
I have always believed that the best client relationships are not built on reports and dashboards alone. They are built on shared ambition, honest conversations and the kind of strategic thinking that comes from knowing a business properly. Being physically present in London lets us do more of that, with more of the brands that matter to us.
This has been on my mind for a while. When the time felt right, I did not want to overthink it. We expanded.
Location was never going to be a box-ticking exercise for me. I wanted an office that reflects who Brand12 is - creative, ambitious and built with intent. Somewhere that feels like us.
Southwark does that. The Southbank is one of the most energising parts of London in my view. It sits at the intersection of culture, commerce and creativity in a way that very few parts of any city manage. Paris Garden puts us minutes from Waterloo, Borough and Blackfriars, which works practically. But honestly, the energy of the area was just as important to me as the transport links.
When you walk into a Brand12 office, I want it to feel like a place where great work happens. Southwark is the right setting for that.
What our London clients can expect is exactly what our Manchester clients have always had.
